A. Longline Reel
This Longline Reel has been designed and manufactured utilising the lastest technology along with many years of field development. The main drum is of marine grade aluminium construction with a solid aluminium core and a high quality stainless steel shaft.
To increase the life span of the main bearings, coupling and drive motor, the main drum has been balanced during manufacture.
The frame is also constructed of marine grade aluminium. It is rigid, durable and compact in size, allowing for optimal free deck space.
Because of the materials used in the construction of the reel, it is considerably light but extremely strong. This enables it to withstand the harsh marine environment.

B. Longline Hauler
This Longline Hauler has been manufactured for its ease of operation and robust design. Construction is of marine grade aluminium and 316 stainless steel, enabling the hauler to withstand the harsh marine environment. The speed, tension and slip of the line can be controlled via the hydraulic motor, hauler control manifold and adjustable tension wheel.

C. Longline Shooter
This Longline Shooter has been designed and manufactured utilising the lastest technology along with years of field development. Capable of setting monofilament line from the longline reel at a rate equal to or faster than the vessel?s speed enabling either deep or shallow water line setting. Construction is of marine grade aluminium and 316 stainless steel, enabling the shooter to withstand the harsh marine environment. The speed, tension and slip of the line can be controlled via the hydraulic motor, shooter control manifold and adjustable tension wheel.

D. Longline Linemaster system
The Longline Linemaster System has been designed to provide the operator with the ability to set the longline with consistent placement of hooks, floats and beacons along its length. The Longline Linemaster System comprises of a controller display unit, a weatherproof horn speaker and a proximity sensor used to sense the shooter rotations.
(1) Features
Ability to operate in either time or distance (programmed spacings in reference to seconds or metres).
Totalised line counter so that you know how much line is in the water at any time in nautical miles.
Totalised counters for the number of hooks and floats in the water.
Accurate speed the line is being spooled into the water in nautical miles per hour.
The ability to store or recall up to 4 different line programs, the operating program may be changed at any time without affecting the totalised counters.
Audible warnings for hooks, hook with float next, float, float with beacon next, and beacon are signalled in 3 distinct tones.
