We do supply Purse Net Handling Equipments for all sizes of purse seiners from 15meter length to the largest.
These Purse Net Handling System works well with a very small crew. The purse seiners / pelagic trawlers of up to 80m, normally have a crew of only 8-10 persons including captain, cook and engineers.

1. Net Winch
Can haul the net with full power and full speed simultaneously
Center roller offset, improves nettraction area
Hauls the net with all 3 rollers simultaneously and therefore provides an effective and steady pull on the net and corck line
Causes a minimal wear on the net. This is mainly due to the even distribution of hauling power over the greater length and full width of the net
Spesial tilt feature make drying operation simple and safe
All gear wheels, pinions and bearings are running in oil-bath
Piston rods and all pins in stainless steel.
Independent hydraulical or mecanical declutching of aft roller (optional)
Separate outer shields makes roller replacement easier.
Minimal deck area required

2. Net Crance(Net Stacker)
The special design of NET CRANES makes them suitable for use on combination vessels, ie. purse seining/trawling.
The primary function of the net crane is net stacking, but it can also be fitted with a winch and used as a conventional crane for handling trawl gear, etc.
The net crane is designed with both horizontal.and vertical parallel arms. These ensure that the Transport Roller will always be held in a horizontal position.
All movements of the crane are particularly smooth as they are controlled by means of proportional valves.
The broad construction of the linkages ensures the stability of the crane especially when carrying a load in a sideways direction with arms fully extended.
