Our automatic gill net haulers use an advanced new technology and are suitable for all ahipping vessels which use various kinds of gill-net.
It can be installed on any vessel from a small fishing vessel right up to a large deep-sea fishing vessel.
Using gill net haulers reduces working time, and they use manpower more efficiently and minimizes the risk of accidents that can happen when working at sea. And they cut down on physical fatigue and prevents occupational injury and illness.
Our gill net hauler is designed to minimize the damage to the various kinds of fish caught as well as the fishing equipments. And Uses a durable material suitable for the salty marine conditions.
A. Model SS402
Suitable for fishing vessels over 20.0 ton.
Possible to use 800m deep regard-less of tide and wave.
Expecially all operating large fishing vessels, deep sea fishing vessels and middle of long- distance fisheries
The vessels is more smaller, The depth will be deep.
( Ex->10ton is 1500m, 80ton is 1000m)

B. Model : 30HS
THIS AUTOMATIC GILL NET HAULER is a powerful automatic gill net hauler and has successfully been used and improved by fishermen in the Northeast Atlantic for the last 8 to 10 years.
This combines the strength of a combination hauler and the advantages of an integrated automatic system. The hauler is easy to install. The rollers are all synchronised, and the safety for the crew on board is increased.
This is supplied in one unit with swing cylinder and as a low type for shelter deck installation. This is delivered with steel sheaves and/or a vertical rubber (see the drawings of the hauler). 450 fathoms is a normal depth in areas where the hauler is used.
All rollers on the this are hydraulically driven, and the tension roller has an adjustable press cylinder to maximise pull and enhance catch and net quality.
Supplement for this gill net hauler: Cast iron sheaves and rubber roller in one unit. It is easy to hydraulically change from sheaves to rubber roller. The rubber roller is used to keep quality on the catch and net at a maximum. The sheaves are used to maximize pull, when fishing on big depths with slippery nets.
Supplement for this: Double speed function. When the crew on board prefers, turning a switch will double the hauling speed. This function is useful when hauling long ropes etc.
Supplement for this: Electric joy-stick control from bridge and/or down at the tray. The hauler can be controlled from up to three different locations on board: At the hauler (standard), and two additional locations at the crew?s discretion.

Features
1. This gill net hauler is made for automatic gill net fishing under extreme conditions where efficiency and gentle treatment of catch and nets is a must!
2. LITTLE WEAR: The nets are hauled overlarge diameter rubber rollers. These rollers reduce the wear on the net compared to traditional rollers. Edges and corners are equipped with rollers of nylon, which prevents tearing the nets.
3. CONTROL PANEL makes it easy to run the synchronised and hydraulically driven rubber rollers.
4. SEA WATER RESISTANT ALLOY: The hauler is made in sea water resistant aluminium alloy and galvanised steel.
5. GENTLE TO NETS AND CATCH: The last roller on the hauler, the flexible tension roller, is mounted on a movable arm where a hydraulic cylinder gives the pressure. This pressure increases automatically when the load on the hauler increases. The flexibility in the rubber, the movement in the arm and shape of the aluminium casting prevents damage to the catch and the floats used on the nets.
6. COMPACT: The hauler can easily be tilted (or turned) inside the rail after the fishing is finished. This is delivered in three different basic version: Two-part type with rail roller which can be hydraulically tilted inside the rail, or all-in-one version which can be hydraulically tilted or turned inside the rail.
7. ADJUSTABLE TENSION ROLLER: By tilting the tension roller, the crew can ensure that the catch and nets are better treated. By tilting it, the catch and net will slide outside the press wheel, while the hauler pulls the ropes in the nets.
8. WEAR OF THE RUBBER: All the rubberised rollers (except the press wheel) can be turned, to spread the wear of the rubber to several places on the rollers. This makes the rubber last longer. We operates a service exchange scheme where original rollers can be returned for credit against new rollers. Easy and cheap. Therefore, the hauler rationalises the use of rubber, which makes the hauler inexpensive in a life cycle cost perspective.
ADDITIONAL/EXTRA EQUIPMENT:
1. JOY STICK CONTROL with one or more joy sticks can be delivered as part of the production line on board.
2. ELECTRONIC CONTROL PANEL gives the crew full control over the hauling process. The Digital Control shows pull, speed and the number of hauled metres.
3. WORKING LIGHT can be mounted under the rail roller.
4. DOUBLE SPEED is a big advantage when hauling ropes, the double speed function is very valuable. It is used when speed and not power is most important.
5. STANDARD DELIVERY INCLUDES ALL NECESSARY VALVES.
